1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
- You received a damaged product.

- You received the wrong product.
- The product packaging was tampered with before delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene, safety, and health regulations, the following items cannot be returned:

- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Products purchased during special clearance or promotional sales (unless damaged or incorrect)
3. Return Request Process
To request a return, please contact our support team with:

- Customer Name
- Registered Mobile Number
- Clear photos of the product
- Unboxing video (if available)
Our team will review the request and provide further instructions.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be approved only after verification by our support team.
Eligible cases include:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong product delivered
- Lost shipment confirmed by courier partner
- Order cancelled before dispatch
Zizz Gummies reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the policy requirements.
5. Refund Process
Once approved:
- Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take additional time to reflect in your account.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders:
- Approved refunds will be processed through bank transfer or another suitable refund method.
- Customers may be asked to provide valid bank account details for processing the refund.
7. Order Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. A full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
8. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer product exchanges.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we may provide a replacement or refund based on our verification process.
9. Shipping Charges
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- If a replacement is approved, shipping costs for the replacement product will be borne by Zizz Gummies.
10. Fraud Prevention
To prevent misuse of our return system:
- Zizz Gummies reserves the right to request additional proof before approving a return or refund.
- Repeated fraudulent claims may result in refusal of future orders or account restrictions.
